You probably know that I have been writing raw ebooks for some time. It has been an honor to help so many of you around the globe.

I will be phasing out individual ebook sales in early 2013. (In other words, I will be removing individual ebooks from my store some time over the next couple weeks.)

Instead of selling ebooks on their own, I will be launching a members-only area on this website with members-only ebooks/videos/recipes, new online courses, private forums, and other goodies. The members-area will provide a lot more access for less, which feels so right for me for 2013.

So… do not be shocked if my ebooks go vamoose from my store - and soon!

If you've been wanting to get any of them, they are all on sale for 40% off right now until I send them packing in their current format and they go "buhbye." (Just add to your cart and the 40% discount is applied automatically until Jan 1.)

I will keep you posted re: when the new members-only section goes live.

Here's to 2013 being your happiest year ever!

Warmth,
Laura-Jane The Rawtarian

I never knew about the e-book thing. How do I get one before it is gone?

Hi Noel, Check out the store here: www.therawtarian.com/store then simply add the books/courses to your cart. And then you can checkout by PayPal. Books are digital PDFs, delivered instantly
Sounds like a good plan! I like the new concept!

Thanks Henry! I am super excited about it and I just know it is going to be way better for you than the way I have been doing things in the past. I can't wait!!
I have a question about calories - how do you get enough on this diet? I do well for a week or so, and then end up bingeing. This is not emotional eating. When I reflect back on my calorie intake, I'm often only getting 1200-1500 a day. I exercise quite a lot and this doesn't feel right to me. The only way I can see to increase calories on a raw diet is to eat lots of nuts, but then I would be eating too much fat which makes me sluggish, and nuts do not digest well if I eat a lot. What would you suggest? Thanks.
If I may make a suggestion....check out David Wolfe and the Sunfood Diet. There are different foods you can eat that will help, without over dosing on nuts. Dr. Brian Clement from the Hippocrates Health Institute is another good resource.
