Cinna-Squish is a cinnamon banana pudding. My 15-year-old daughter made this recipe. She says it tastes like “Cinnabons” to her. I agree! It is a healthy delicious snack, dessert, or even a quick breakfast. This is a variation of a childhood favorite of mine (see “Nanners”). Be sure to use a fork and not a food...

Recipe Directions

1. Smash bananas well with a fork.

2. Add the salt, vanilla, and cinnamon to the bananas. Mix well.

3. Pour in a dessert bowl and add another dash of cinnamon on top (Go ahead and go over board. The more the merrier!).

Be sure to use a fork and not a food processor or blender. If you process or blend it, it will be runny like a smoothie and changes the flavor completely. It's not bad but it’s no longer pudding.

Enjoy! :)

I made this with about a teaspoon of flax seed (i'm a little paranoid about the sugar in bananas), and it was DELICIOUS! simple recipes really do taste the best

This is just like banana pudding! Nilla Wafers would be great with it:) I couldn't find a recipe for them on here, so I'll try to come up with one myself when I get a dehydrator. Hope it works!

Thanks. I was looking for a quick dessert, so I searched around for a recipe of ingredients I had in the kitchen. I added a dash of cayenne and agave and ate them w/ apple slices, delictable! Taste like raw apple pie. Namaste.

I just had this and thought, wow it really does taste like cinnabonn. It would make a good filling for the cinnamon rolls on this website or the frosting!

Around suppertime I was prepared to just whip up some hummus with some green beans, but I realized that I had forgotten to soak the chickpeas. I had salad for lunch and didn't want another. I had no idea what to make, I was going to settle on just an apple, but I luckily found your quick and easy recipe! The ingredients can all be found in the common cupboard, and it is soooo delicious! Yum, I could have had two more bowls! Easy and delicious recipes like these are true meal-savers.
