Oh absolutely: Lime is in there. Sorry, forgot to press "add" on ingredient list. Will add now. About the cucumbers: perhaps you used especially strong cucumbers and didn't peel them? I'm sure people who don't like cucumbers know they can remove some of the flavor (and many nutrients) by simply peeling them.

This is a very refreshing drink. I made it but I suggest to use a less cucumbers for those who don't like cucumbers because it will still have the ambrosia taste but the cucumbers can be over bearing. I also suggest to use a little lemon or lime juice also.
