Juice your carrots until you have about 3 cups. Blend with the avocado and dill. Pour into bowls and garnish with chopped red peppers and a sprinkle of dill. The amount of dill us just a guesstimate, you could use more or less depending on how it tastes to you. If your only making for 1 person you might want to half the recipe.
