My own little creation. I really wanted some banana bread so I decided to make an alternate form.

This is great for breakfast or can serve as a dessert.

My suggestion is to at least double or maybe triple this recipe. It only makes about 5-6 little dollop bites.

I garnished mine with apples, cinnamon, raisins, and a little bit of agave.

I made this last night - yum! I didn't dehydrate mine (because I don't have a dehydrator, yet), and I didn't use any agave because my 'nana was pretty ripe so it was SWEET!

Yummmy! Walnuts are one of my favorite nuts.

These are so yummy! I will leave the agave out the next time I make them though, because the natural sweetness of the banana really became more concentrated with the dehydrating so I feel no extra sweetener is needed.I also dehydrated them more than suggested to give me a chewy treat.

I made these for breakfast the other day. Actually fell asleep and they dehydrated the entire night. Very good flavor, My agave separated from the bites, is that normal? Thanks again for the recipe.

I just made this for breakfast. I didn't dehydrate it. This is really good. I almost think it could use less agave. That would depend on how sweet your banana is.

Very yummy idk if my walnuts were raw and i didn't have any honey so it became unraw when i used syrup. I think it was a bit sweet next time i will make it the right way! This is my first "raw" recipe!!!!

I bet this would also be great with chopped pecans or Brazil nuts instead of walnuts and dates instead of raisins!

seriously? I guess it's not so weird.... I just used all the ingredents you would find in banana bread ...taking away the flour and egg and what not...which would leave banana, walnuts, raisin, cinnamon, and a natural sweetner. I'm trying to find a way to make it more bread like.

Wow! Funny how you came up with this - this is almost exactly the same recipe in my raw book that is by Shazzie - except no dehydrator. Same name too. Yours look really yummy.
