put all the stuff in the refridgerator so it gets nice and cold.you will use the water and the meat of the yc put everything in a vita mix(the space shuttle of blenders) and zap it on high for about 45 seconds its so tasty :)

Sweet honey mango, juicy papaya and pineapple juice added to this would be divinely tropical, I bet. I actually spotted mini honey pineapples in the store the other day. Who knew!!!
