Oh, I almost forgot. I added some sea salt as well~ helps balance out some of the spice;-)

Yum. I love this. I just made it for the second time. So easy! I don't have curry, but I added in chili powder. no salt.

I was looking for something to do with my avocado and found this recipe. It's not only simple, it's simply delicious. I added some sun-dried tomato and found I didn't need sea salt.
