1. Throw cherries and bananas (I liked a ratio of 2/3 cherry to 1/3 banana) in a blender or food processor

2. Puree to a sorbet consistency. Enjoy!

Just a reminder of a wonderful, simple combination that is fantastic!

I saw some similar recipes here but this felt unique and I wanted to post the picture. Can’t wait to try it in my Vitamix when it arrives!.

Such a vibrant color, and cherries contain potassium and are even a food-source of melatonin, plus I’ve read that they are good for reducing inflammation associated with some diseases like arthritis and gout.
