Ingredients

1 large organic apple (cored)
1 large organic carrot (well scrubbed)
Handful of raisins or dried fruit of choice
Cinnamon (to taste)
Mild curry powder (to taste)
Almond milk

Recipe Directions

1. Throw an apple and a carrot into a food processor with the grater blade attachment.

2. Pour in just enough freshly made almond milk to come about halfway up the mixture.

3. Stir in some raisins (I think dried apricots would be heavenly in this, but I didn’t have any), and sprinkle in some cinnamon.

You don’t have to have a food processor for this. A regular ol’ grater would work just fine. I was just being lazy. ;o)

This sounds REALLY good. I actually had left over pulp from apples and carrots that I juiced the other day and it tasted like apple sauce. I wondered what I could do with it! Now I know! (Obvs. i'm not an instinctual cook.)Need all the help I can get. LOL. ;c)
