Nice pliable wrap that is vegetable based. Feel free to add your favorite herbs and spices. Very easy to make. Delicious. Great for a picnic.

Recipe Directions

1. Grate the zucchini, and place in a bowl.

2. Add salt and spices/herbs.

3. Mix in the ground flax with your hands until it absorbs the excess water from the zucchini.

4. Take a couple of tablespoonfuls of the mixture and form into a large flat disc. Continue until all the mixture is used up.

5. Dry at 145 F for 2 hours, then flip over and dry at 115 F until done.

6. Fill with tomatoes, olives, guacamole etc.

Hi Helen!

Like most wraps, they will probably keep for about 4 days in the fridge, but I usually freeze my wraps so that they last longer :) (Freeze with parchment paper in between each wrap so that they don't stick together.)

I really love this receipe. Making some right now, I have to say this is one of my favorite rceipes on the site. Receipes like these really make it easy to stay raw. Thanks again.

These were sooooo good. Thank you for the simple and tasty recipe. I believe I could eat these all week long. I made veggie sandwiches out of them. I'm going to make these for my next book club meeting. Thanks again.

Also, I have omitted the oregano and added some finely chopped yellow onion, with good flavor results! QT

Made these several times now and they are awesome... they hold together well! I found that if you make it thicker (1/4 to 1/2 inch thick they will not have holes in them... but still come out thin when dehydrated... had to dehydrate longer but well worth it.

Nice flexible wrap that does NOT leak! :)

Kudos for This Recipe!

QT ~who has used yellow summer squash at time with good results too!~

This sounds great! I am going to make it today! I just happened to go to a farm yesterday and picked up some very large zucchinis. I will just use two of these large zucchinis instead of four medium.
