This recipe is inspired by a Carol Alt recipe. You can use less oil if you’d like, I find 1/4 cup oil instead to be all that is needed.

Put all ingredients (except squash) into blender and mix well.

Take the squash and use your spiralizer to make spaghetti out of it.

Mix the green mixture into the squash.

What kind of squash did you use- yellow squash? Did it taste hard or did you let it soften up for a couple of hours? This sounds good!
