Okay, this recipe is originally supposed to be boiled, but I have always thought that herbs and other antibiotic foods have been more potent and effective when eaten raw. So here is a now-raw immunity soup.

I buy Miso Master Organic. This is the only miso that I have found that is made in the traditional method and must be refrigerated because it is still living. I dont think a lot of salt is too healthy so I always get the Sweet White type, which has the least salt out of any other type of miso. But if salt is not an issue for you, they have other stronger versions, like the barley misos. Check it out! It is really the best miso I have found.

humananimal,
I'm genuinely confused about what miso to buy. What brand/type do you get?

Do you use 1/2 carrot & 1/2 celery or just what you like best? Sounds very good!
