Recipe Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in food processor.

2. Dehydrate on Teflon sheets at 105 Fahrenheit for 12 hours, then flip over directly on the dehydrator trays and dehydrate for another 6-8 hr.

What does tandoori spice taste like?

These are delicious!

I wanted to keep them a little flexible so I didn't dehydrate all the way (I just did it enough so that there was no "doughy" consistency left). Yummy!

I think my wife (user mpop) meant Tandoori Seasoning (combo of coriander, cumin, paprika, garlic, ginger, cardamom, and saffron). We picked up Tandoori Seasoning at the Penzys Spice Store store recently (also at penzeys.com). I am not sure how to describe the taste, it's usually used on Tandoori Chicken (an Indian dish) and has a very robust flavor but is not extremely spicy nor is it hot in any way.

Sorry I keep telling her to take photos of the recipes.
