Recipe Directions

The almond milk and ice cube measurements aren’t exact because I don’t measure. I think it’s about half a cup of almond milk and about a cup of ice.

Put it all in a VitaMix and blend until smooth. This is very delicious, filling enough to hold you until lunch, and easy to digest because it’s mostly fruit. Pomegranate is extremely high in antioxidants.

I was going to take a picture but then I drank it. Maybe tomorrow.

Apparently you get pomegranate juice by juicing the seeds. Maybe I'll do that - that is, if I can find a pomegranate. I haven't seen them in stores.

I tried this with seeds from an actual pomegranate this morning, and it was even more delicious.

I buy the concentrate at vitamin store. But that's a good point about whether it's raw. I always assumed juices were raw, but I don't know what they do to make the concentrate. They probably boil it. Hmmm... I'll have to look into a raw source of pomegranate juice, thanks.
