Ingredients
2 cucumbers, peeled and chopped
1 cup cashews, soaked
5 sprigs of chives, cut into small pieces
2 clove garlic, minced
1 cup water
¼ teaspoon sea salt
Recipe Directions
1. Combine ingredients in a blender. If you want, save a few pieces of chives for garnish.

Thank you for the recipe!! (I hate the skin and seeds, disgusting, ruins the taste of the cucumber!)

if the cukes are organic then leaving on the skins is great. Non organic cuke skins are loaded with pesticides!

Why not leave on the peeling? All the good stuff of the cuke is in the seeds and the peel!
