½ Frozen Banana
2 tablespoon cilantro

place the coconut water, two slices od jalapeno, chopped mango, banana and cilantro in a blender and blend till smooth.

wooah kminty... i LOVE spicy things... like i would put a whole jalapeno in this..... but WOW, i never wouldve thought to combine a pepper w like sumthin sweet like a fruity smoothie yum. you genius u!!
