If only Popeye knew about these. They are a perfect way to conquer your sweet tooth or post work out cravings, while also receiving your doses of protein, fiber, EFA’s, and EAA’s.

Recipe Directions

1. Toss your hemp seeds into a coffee grinder or mini food processor for around half a minute. If you are lucky enough to have a Vitamix, go ahead and skip this step.

2. Then just combine all the other ingredients in the blender (I put 2 bananas) and whiz away until smooth, creamy, and frothy.

i eat this post-workout too! except i mix the banana with a bit of water, frozen nut milk ice cubes, lecithin and maca, and then i throw in the cacao nibs at the very end of blending so that the pudding/smoothie retains some crunch. after i throw the whole thing in a bowl i add a tablespoon each of bee pollen and ground flaxseed on top. so tasty!

Mandelicious, Thanks! You just took it to a whole new level... I didn't have fresh strawberries, but the coconut was such a perfect edition. Can't go wrong mixing bananas and coconut.

I didn't have the raw hemp protein powder, so I used 2 tablespoons tocotrienols instead. Very unique flavour! Tasted a lot like a yerba mate latte I tried the other day...

Interesting breakfast for me. Woke me up and stimulated my senses for a long day of school!
