20 small balls
Ingredients
1 cup raw almond butter
1/3 cup agave nectar
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
½ cup raisins or dates
¾ cup raw coconut (dehydrated)
½ cup cacao nibs
¼ cup sesame seeds
¼ cup pecans
Recipe Directions
1. Place almond butter, agave, cacao, raisins, nibs, and just 1/8 cup of the coconut in the Vitamix or food processor until you have a gooey dough.
2. Roll into small balls.
3. Place the sesame seeds, pecans, and the rest of the coconut in the Vitamix and place the mixture in a bowl.
4. Roll the balls in the nut mixture and refrigerate. Any and all substitutions as per your raw practice apply here.

Yum. These are sure to raise the blood sugar level. Just the way i like it.

Ok I am so disappointed all of my neighbors had on at least 3 lights or more me and the kids counted twice once at 9pm and then again at 930pm just in case they forgot. Even the CEO of Fern Bank who lives behind me still had there lights on BOOOOOOOO. Ok now to the positive, these balls were the _best_. We have a super high going from all the natural sugar. This recipe rocked, good job izhpt. See you later in the forum chats.....

Oh, Thanks. When i make them again, i'll use less agave and dates instead of raisins.
