Yield
Serves 1
Ingredients
2 tablespoon pumpkin puree
1 orange, (peeled and seeded)
1 dash cinnamon
2 dash ginger powder
1 dash stevia powder
2 tablespoon coconut water
4 medjool dates, pitted
Recipe Directions
Blend everything together until smooth with some date chunks. Add more spice to taste if desired. Serve topped with hemp hearts and some pecans, and of course another dash of cinnamon!
Make sure that when prepping the orange you completely peel, seed, and cut off the white part otherwise it makes the soup bitter!

You can do this with butternut squash too! Pretty much a mind-blowing combo. I swear, I could bathe in this stuff.
