Recipe Directions

Run brazil nuts through the food processor first, then empty into bowl. No need to rinse.

Process carrots, celery, onion, honey, oil and spices in food processor until mealy.

Add nuts back into food processor and process for a few seconds, just to thoroughly mix.

  • Halve and seed bell peppers. Mash avocado.

Spread thin layer of avocado on the bottom of each pepper and fill pepper with stuffing mixture.

*Enjoy!

mmh! this is the second time i made those peppers. the stuffing tastes just like turkey stuffing. good to know, since i just started raw. thanks! :)
