Recipe Directions

1. Pulse all ingredients in food processor until the mixture holds together when pressed.

2. Press mixture into a 9 inch square pan and chill.

3. Cut into squares to serve.

I don't know - I always keep my bars in the fridge! I would guess maybe 3-4 days since all of the ingredients are at room temp already? Good luck and enjoy your trip!

These look great, thanks. I will have to make bars as I always make little balls and sometimes just changing the shape of food makes a big difference to the experience of eating it!
