Better than cooked asparagus!

1. Chop and salt the asparagus and set aside.

2. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice and garlic.

3. Pour over asparagus and allow to marinade in the fridge for at least an hour. This is also great the next day.

Easy Asparagus
5
5 out of 5

This was real nice and a treat. Though I found that the top bit (spears) less delicious in comparison to its stem. It becomes a little powdery after marinating it for sometime. Next time, I will save the spears for some other things..

I can't wait to try this. Do you peel your asparagus before you marinade it? I also like the dehydrator idea too. I'll try it both ways! Asparagus has always been a favorite of mine.

Beautiful! I have a bunch in the fridge I was wondering how to use. I think I will warm them in the dehydrator though as roasted was my favorite way to eat these.
