Mmmorgans's Thoughts

By mmmorgans

I was trying to make almond butter but it just wasn’t the right consistency, so I decided to add carob, and then all these other wonderful things.

Rawcolate balls were born.

These measurements are approximate, as I did not measure anything. You may need more or less nuts, depending on how well it is staying together.

I usually do but since I was attempting to make almon butter originally and do not have a dehydrator, I opted for unsoaked. I suppose soaked would work just as well as long as they were dry.

Now do you always soak your nuts before you make your treats of foods?
