½ cubed watermelon
½ cup pine nuts
1 cup chopped parsley
½ cup crumbled nut cheese(pepper cheese), or raw feta
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoon oil of your choice
salt and pepper to taste(heavy on the pepper)

chill then chop then mix and eat and eat and eat!

bon jour! i was born in Paris , France and spoke french before english but 40 years later, after learning and speaking spanish for 30 years the french has been all but obliterated! sigh i may have to get some tapes or something! cute petit chiens by the way!

ardes!!! there you are..... i used my pepper nut cheese but i was thinking a more sour one would be better maybe zoes recipe? i am having it this morning with some alterations: balsamic vinegar instead of lemon( i used my last lemon yesterday) and raw chevre(both not raw but really tastey!)
