Ingredients
3¼ cup fresh corn, cut from cob
2 cup water
½ cup raw cashews
6 tablespoon olive oil
1 small garlic clove
2 teaspoon celtic salt
1½ teaspoon cilantro chopped
Recipe Directions
Combine 2.25 cups of corn with water, cashew, olive oil garlic and salt and puree. Pour soup into bowls. Garnish with remainign 1 cup corn, cilantro and pepper.
Enjoy!
