This is so simple, but I’ve been enjoying it all week now, at all times of the day, and I had to share. A super-refreshing cucumber salad, best enjoyed outside in the sun!

Recipe Directions

Simply use the master cleanse recipe as a dressing! Cut up some peeled cucumbers, a couple Romas, and then pour on top a bit of grade B maple syrup, fresh lemon juice, and a couple sprinkles of cayenne! It is amazing. I never considered using the Master Cleanse as an addition to food rather than in a cup, but OH MAN it can be used as a dressing/marinade for so many things!

I find this incredibly cleansing as a great breakfast. Hydrating, light, and deliciously satisfying.

Grapes or blueberries might be good instead of maple syrup?

I like really spicy things, but add as little or as much cayenne as you want!
