No blender, dehydrator, food processor required. You just need to have a knife!

Mash the avocado and then mix everything together. Add the shoyu and miso a little at a time until you get your desired taste, then remember how much you put in, This will be your “default” quantities!

Have it ready in 5 mins and enjoy!

I use this when I crave something saltish and flavorful, and it’s so easy to make!

I just made it and it is delicious! quick, easy and satisfying. I never would have thought to mash avocado with miso but it is a wonderful combination.
