Recipe Directions

1. Just stir it all together. Leave it to sit for a while to soak up the tomato and Braggs if you added some.

2. Top with coriander and some of the shallots, and if you’re feeling decorative, some chopped tomato.

Staraw's Thoughts

By staraw

The cauliflower is a really good replacement for rice.

I’m thinking of using it a lot more in the future, instead of rice, couscous, etc.

It picks up the flavors and looks convincing too! :)

i loved this recipe- thanks for posting. i used broccoli since i am not a big cauliflower fan and the texture came out really nice and gentle. i also added sesame oil and coconut water. i marinated the mushrooms in nama shoyu for a while first to make something similar to my favorite cooked chinese dish- brown rice with broccoli and tofu. i couldn't believe how tasty it was.

Thanks 3relefords :) Enjoy!

Chicacgomama- I just chopped it roughly. I mean the florets fall apart/crumble easily and the stalks just chop to the size youd like

This is great!!! I left out the Braggs and the nutritional yeast and added a couple of spoons of ACV. Wonderful. Thank you.

How did you chop the cauliflower? Just regular or with a grater or mandolin?
