Recipe Directions

FOR THE BASE

1. juice oranges, pears, and apples.

2. Fill blender with your favorite frozen fruit (I like a blend of pineapple, mangoes, and strawberries).

3. Pour base over frozen fruit.

4. Blend and enjoy!

So, do you juice the oranges, pears and apples and then pour the juice over the frozen fruit in the blender? Or does everything just go in the blender at the same time?
