Recipe Directions

Juice everything and enjoy! The ginger is very intense but wonderful in this combination :) I’ve had so much Zucchini juice leftover from processing them for a bread and came up with this recipe.

I’ve had already 2 glasses :)) feel a bit lightheaded now, he, he, maybe from the ginger…

This gives quite a bit of juice. Put the rest in the fridge and enjoy as spicy start into the morning.

A great spicy juice! The raspberries compliment nice with the green ingredients and make for a different colour.

Thanks for the idea in using zucc.'s. Mine are justr coming on. I planted the yellow skinned ones. Should be interesting in the color. Did you juice the raspberries, too?

Hi beany, yes, put the rapsberries also in the juicer together with the mint and the ginger, then they go better through. But I guess you could also just blend them in afterwards, after processing them alone.

Hmm, yellow colour, neat! I have more juice leftover from making a bunch of zucchini bread yesterday. Dont know yet what to do what that... will put it into the fridge until I know.

Maybe just more juice ;)) Let me know how you like it :)
