Chlorophylla's Thoughts

By chlorophylla

raw sunflower seed cheese with an amazing flavour of dried prunes, lavender and mustard...

i really love dried prunes.. that is why i add it to a lot of dishes lately.. i just had a batch fresh rejuvelac ready which reminded me of doing some cheese.. and i came up with that gourmet recipe which turned out so delicious* you can spread it on crackers or dip veggies into it.

i think i also will try it out with cashews..

I added this to my favorites. I have tasted a lavender hazlenut butter before that was just amazing.

You can type rejuvelac into google. It is fermented grains in water and it tastes absolutely divine. Especially when made with Rye. I would recommend it. I am not sure if it is great for people with IBS, I haven't done a good test on it yet.

Nearly answered your rejuvelax question again.

Dr Ann Wigmore highly recommends it.
