Deliciously sweet yet pungent curry sauce over vegetables and kelp noodles.

Recipe Directions

Blend almonds by themselves

Add apples, oil, 1/4 cup raisins, curry powder, banana and blend until smooth.

Add water to achieve consistency desired.

Add other seasonings as desired.

Add remaining raisins and coconut.

Chop zucchini and carrots.

Place noodles in dish, followed by chopped veggies. Cover with curry sauce.

Eat as is or warm it.

I'm definitely going to try this as I have kelp noodles here right now. I got tired of zucchini noodles and went online and found the sea tangle kelp noodles that are raw and yet oh so good for you. Thanks so much for sharing the recipe.

I've made this 3 times since December 23, and served it for company Christmas day. The first time I dehydrated it using plain vegetables only. I like the kelp noodles as it provides lots of chewing as well as the rich sauce. This is a basic sauce that can be modified with different veggies and seasonings.
