I have a similar favorite recipe, which is just mashed bananas, cinnamon, and walnuts, with a bit of water, and chia seeds mixed in it. I let it sit for about 20 minutes for the chai to gel, and eat. Yummy!

This is a new favorite! Terrific! I use 1-2 c. Hemp Milk, 2-3 frozen bananas, and 1/2 -1 c. chia gel (soaked chia seeds). Blend that up in the vitamix with a little vanilla added, sometimes. Soooo goood! Thanks for the combination idea! My children really enjoy it with me!
