Recipe Directions

1. Put first 6 ingredients into the food processor and chop until well mixed.

2. Add remaining ingredients and process just enough to mix these in.

3. Spread on dehydrator sheets and dehydrate at 115 Fahrenheit overnight. You may have to flip and dehydrate another 4 hours or so the next day if they are still soft on the bottom.

4. Store in air tight container.

Lorayne's Thoughts

By lorayne

I couldn't find a raw nut bar I really liked so decided to created my own.

As always with raw, make the bar to suit your taste.

Experiment, add, delete. Have fun and enjoy great raw treats!

Nut Bars
5
5 out of 5

I have to say, I have made this recipe 3 times already and love it. I also brought them to a raw vegan potluck and they were a huge hit. I altered it slightly, by leaving out the sunflower seeds and using blueberries for the fruit. They are just amazing! I just made another batch that is about to go into the dehydrator!
