Then you can listen anytime from your own computer or you can transfer them to your MP3 player, etc. (Apple people, you can also get the podcast in iTunes.)

I hope you enjoy listening and can learn something from these audio recordings. I enjoyed making them for you :)

PS: Audio quality is worse in the earlier episodes (1-5ish), because my microphone wasn't as good back then :)

Hi - I noticed that your recipes are really heavy on fats. What is your opinion on fat in the raw diet? Do you really eat these recipes everyday or do you save them more for special occasions? I'm new to raw and have seen a lot of hype about low fat diets e.g. 80/10/10. As an experienced raw foodist, what do you think? Thanks

Hi Freak, every day is different for me. I certainly don't eat heavy desserts every day. For me, it's really important to provide raw recipes that open peoples' minds to alternative ways of eating. And for some that means higher fat recipes, but generally when most people start to dabble in raw they start with higher fat recipes then slowly phase them out as they get more in tune to what their body needs. For me, this has been the case. I started out eating SAD garbage, moved to a raw diet high in fat, and am slowly transitioning more towards lower fat - (although not "low fat raw vegan" which for me is too fruit heavy and too low in plant-based proteins).
