Ive been reading and researching for over a year and thanks to these forums and David Wolfe’s book”Sunfood Diet Success System” I have transitioned nicely! I have yet to experiance a super detox healing crisis (which kept me from jumping in sooner) but now i am brave and ready for what comes. I really belive positive support for oneanother is so important in living this lifestyle and i thank everyone from my everlovin healthy heart!!!
