domesticgoddess – if you don’t want to use flax cause of the taste, try golden flax. i liked the taste better than regular flax.
The ratatouille on here is delicious! Let it marinade a couple days, and you’ll love it.

I just tried the spanish rice recipe and it was soo delicious and easy/ quick to prepare as well!

This past weekend I made Sweetpea’s cornbread sandwhich with the cashew mayo. Between the bread I used sliced avocado, sliced tomatoes and some mesculin leaves. It was delicious! Even my husband who’s so difficult to please with raw food totally loved it!! Thanks Sweetpea!

Hands down my favorite recipe is Curry in a Hurry, every time I have kale it's the first thing I think of.
