New to 100% raw

I started eating raw 11 days ago. I am making a personal commitment to 7 days at a time.

I was doing a detox/cleanse that was very rough to the point that I stayed in bed for 2 days. During that time I did a lot of reading about raw food. Primarily on the Internet.

I was a total junk food junkie. The interesting thing is it took me getting to 212 pounds to admit I might have an eating addiction. I am female so the weight was beyond where I wanted it to be.

In the last couple of days I have gotten outer mouth soars. I am thinking it is due to the amount of fruit I am eating, especially pinapple.

I am adding lots of greens including a green drink in the morning.

Any thoughts on what might be causing the mouth irritations. Also, what can I do with my raw food eating to minimize this.

I feel great and have a lot of energy - especially compared to when I was eating a bunch of processed sugar products.
