What are some healthy foods that I can get them from besides oils?

Nuts. Walnuts. Black walnuts. Hemp seed. Flaxseed. Those are the first off the top of my head.

omega 6s are not an issue for most raw foodists. they are in avocado, nuts, seeds, etc. omega 3s are harder to isolate, i use a vegetarian EFA supplement (flax oil and others)

Acai!!! It is the most nutritious fruit in the world (or one of them), that actually has omegas. Since it grows in south america, go to amazon-mania.com and order AcaiRaw packs. It’s the healthiest, richest tasting stuff on the planet in my opinion. I make sorbet, smoothies (sorbet tastes like ice cream because of all the fats. Be sure the get it raw, as Sambazon sells acai products none of which are raw. You need to order them from amazon-mania.com or buy them in the freezer section of your health store, because it is the only producer of raw acai in the US.

Acai is one of my favorite foods, just be sure to mix with banana to balance out the intense flavor. however, it will not have banana flavor either.

Pumpkin seeds. Alage. Seaweeds. I think that’s right, not 100% sure though.
