Recipe Directions

We wanted to have an authentic tasting taco salad. So I thought to mix spices with my leftover almond meal.
For a Mexican flavor add cumin, salt, pepper and garlic salt/powder and a little oil to moisten.
For Italian flavor add Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and garlic salt/pepper and a little oil to moisten.
It really does feel and taste similar to ground meat.
We really enjoyed it, hope you do too.

Your almond meat sounds so good. I have some soaked almonds! I will make this recipe today. After I make my almond milk.

I'm not 100% raw just yet and I still use TVP for alot of stuff. I'm going to have to try this sometime instead... sounds good.
