Hey :) I accually tryed this after I saw Angela and Matt make it, it would have been amazing with another nut but I just absolutely hated the sunflower butter! Sunflowers are way too bitter and odd tasting and I dunno if there will ever be a wayf ro me to like them :( It had been so long since I tasted them I forgot I didnt like them :( But with other nuts it might be fine... Otherwise this is really good and fast :D Does anyone know were you can get a medium or large amount of dulce over the internet to europe? The only seaweed we can buy here is stiff dry or sushi paper...

This is so totally awesome! I used a half of an avocado and some cayenne pepper. Then I put the cucumber salad on top of a bed of spinach leaves and drizzled it with olive oil and balsamic. So yummy! Thanks for sharing!

This is SOOOO good. I've been making it so much lately, even made it today. I've been leaving out the avocado, and dill, and adding a little lemon juice with TONS of dulse and nori. Amazing. It helps to squeeze the cucumber after you grate it or it will get really watery after it sits for a while. Yumm!! it's my food of the moment!
