1 tablespoon honey
1 cup pecans or other nut
1/2 cup flax seeds (ground)
6 dates (soaked in a little water)
1. Ground flax seed in a coffee grinder.
2. Process pecans in food processor. Add banana to processor.
3. Core apple and add it, along with flax, honey, dates (one at time), and if needed water from dates.
4. Make into small patties and dehydrate for 2-3 hours.
