bananas are hibrid food and many does not consider it to be health beneficial

Very simple and healthy-- good combination. It's something you can make any time because I'm sure everyone has these staples lying around. I only had 1 Fuji and I used a Granny Smith for the other apple. Not extravagantly sweet but definitely a big punch of nutrients! =)
