YieldMade about 14 large yummies
1 cup dried apples, chopped
½ cup dates, chopped
1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon water (enough to make desired consistency)
1 cup walnuts ( soaked for 1 hour)
Throw the first 4 ingredients in a food processor and mix. Add water tablespoon by tablespoon until you get a really sticky consistency. Add walnuts and mix into a thick paste. Spoon and try not to eat all before rolling.
