YieldCovers 3 dehydrator sheets
3 pounds apples (cored, roughly chopped)
3 tablespoons ginger (peeled, roughly chopped)
3 lemons (peeled and seeded, or juiced)
3 tablespoons agave syrup (optional)
1. Put all the ingredients into a high powered blender and puree until smooth.
2. Distribute evenly onto 3 dehydrator sheets, (I have an Excalibur). Make sure to make it thicker around the edges as that area tends to dry out faster.
3. Set the temperature to 105 F and dehydrate for about 12 hours.
