1 apple, 1 pear, 1/2 cup raisins, 1/2 cup walnuts, 2 tablespoon of flax seeds
Blend the apple,pear,and flax seeds. It will be like a puddin. Pour it on a plate,and add the raisins and the walnuts. You can add some bluberries,and rasberries too. I eat this every morning,and I really like it.

Hi Orgfoodaddict, great that you liked it too.It's very healthy,and delicious.I think that too. If you want a pudding like,try to grade the flax seed (flax meal).Also,with the golden flax seed it gets delicious too.Thanks for liking it and sending me a message.

This was delicious! I couldnt achieve the pudding texture with the blending but grated it to a soft consistency. I opted to go with 1/2 pear and 1/2 apple, flaxseed meal, and added 1/2 kiwi too. I did want to find out if you presoaked the walnuts first. Thanks:)

Hi Rawmama,I didn't get your message before,sorry. I never gring the flax seed.I put evrything in the vitamix,and than pour in the plate with raisins and walnuts.
I do this evry morning. You can make a banana flax too.It's delicious!!

Hi Lucy,
Did you grind the flax seeds in a food mill or coffee grinder before blending with the apple and pear so they were ground fine, or are the flax seeds mostly whole when you are eating it? Maybe you use a vitamix that would grind them up well anyway? Thanks :)
