Just for this site.

This is a smooth sweet pudding, perfect for cooler months but anytime is a good time for this delicious treat!

You can adapt it in many ways, too.

You can alter the ingredients if you wish: you may like to have 2 bananas and one apple, or use pears instead of apples or a combination--it’s really very versatile.

I have also tried this with dried apricots instead of prunes and it’s delicious that way, too.

Regarding the walnuts, the amount is roughly 1/2 a cup, but 2/3 would give a thicker creamier consistency (much more divine!).

If you leave it to whiz long enough, it will start to become slightly warm, which is lovely during winter. Especially nice in winter if you use dried apricots with a little cinnamon and nutmeg! Mmmm!
