2 ripe bananas, peeled, chopped
10 fresh basil leaves
¼ cup filtered water
2 tablespoon agave
Blend the ingredients in a blender until liquefied and smooth.
Serve immediately or chill the smoothie in the refrigerator for an hour or until ready to serve.

When you have extra bananas and extra basil, this smoothie recipe is a great way to use both, especially if you have over ripened bananas. Note: If using over ripe bananas, you may want to exclude using agave. These bananas can provided enough natural sweetness. Let your taste decide. Cheers!
