Chia seeds (soaked)
1 banana (frozen)
1. Soak chia seeds overnight to make chia gel.
2. Blend with a frozen banana (peel before freezing) and hemp milk. Freeze.
3. Blend again.

Yummy chia seed/banana dessert.
Sometimes, I use the chia milk instead of the hemp milk in the chia pudding. Whole lot of chia seeds but very tasty!
