1 banana (frozen)
1/3 cup goji berries (soaked for a few minutes)
¼ cup cacao nibs
¼ cup hemp seeds
½ cucumber (peeled)
2 cups milk of your choice
1. Blend well. I actually use 2 dates because they are small.
